More Downloads

There were a few downloads that I forgot in the previous post. So here they are.

iScroll- Freeware that allows scrolling on pre-2005 iBooks and PowerBooks Download Here

SideTrack- This also allows scrolling on iBooks and PowerBooks, this one has many more features, the only catch is that it is shareware Download Here

Opera- This is an alternative web browser. It used to cost $30 but as of this week it is free. It is a pretty fast browser and has some neat features. Download Here

LaunchBar- Very hard to describe, watch the video here for more info. This is shareware but at the end of the video there is a code for a discount.

Smart Mass

Smart Mass is amazing. It is basically silly putty. You can do so much with it and it is a great stress reliever. I dont know why this is in the Apple/Tech section but it is. Smart Mass can be purchased at Think Geek

I thought a good way to start this one would be to list a few good downloads I know of:

Senuti-Reverse iPod software, takes the music off your iPod and puts it onto your computer. Download

Adium-A cool alternative to iChat. Does not support video but it does allow various accounts such as aim, yahoo and msn. Download

Firefox-An alternative to Apple's web browser Safari. Download

Camino-Also an alternative web browser (I personally like this one) Download

DTV-Internet TV (still in beta) Download

Amnesty-Widgets on your desktop (this is shareware) Download

Fetch Art- Downloads album art for iTunes Download

Konfabulator- A cool alternative to Dashboard (I use both) Download

Skype- Internet telephone app Download

MacTheRipper- Rips DVDs onto your hard drive Download
